Galette was founded in 2021 by Frenchman Cedric and his Swedish wife Lisa.
The Bretonne area in France, especially it’s food, has a special place in Cedric’s heart. And the most famous food of Betonne is the galette – a type of comfort food that you can eat any time a day. Aside from French galette, crepes and pastries, they offer Swedish cakes, pies and buns – completely homemade with the finest ingredients.
